During the online book ordering process on www.bestarchitects.de or by email, necessary customer information such as company, name, invoice and delivery address, email address and payment details (e.g. credit card details) is collected and used to process the order.
Disclosure of Personal Data
Insofar as this is necessary, we pass on personal data to companies that we use in connection with data processing in compliance with data protection regulations. For book orders, we will send the data required to process your order to the following data processor: Stuttgarter Verlagskontor SVK GmbH, Rotebühlstr. 77, 70178 Stuttgart, Germany.
This company handles the delivery, the invoicing and the fulfillment of taxation obligations on our behalf.
Upon complete performance of the contract and full payment of the purchase price, your personal data will be blocked from further usage and erased upon expiry of the retention periods stipulated by applicable tax and commercial law provisions, provided that you have not expressly agreed to the further use of your data.
