Description

The project was built in the Fribourg metropolitan area, in the heart of the municipality of Corminboeuf. Arranged in two rows, the group of seven adjacent houses blends in well with the natural slope of the ground, while the staggered layout limits the sight lines from house to house and ensures adequate clearance for each unit. Concrete slats separate the different houses and lend some privacy for the exterior spaces. The interiors are laid out between gardens and patios, with views extending straight through the building. Two typologies are provided. The four upper villas are organised on three levels with the entry located at the lowest level. Access to the three lower villas is via the patio, inviting guests to cross this inner courtyard, which features a maple tree.
