Description

Commencing with the functional parameters of an office structure of huge dimensions with all the necessary additional facilities (shops, parking, logistics) it also involved taking into consideration the urban planning factors associated with a special location. The visual and physical openness in the basement area and the functional aesthetic arrangement of the large, interconnected office space were the starting point for the development of a “reclining sculpture” that reaches 60 metres at its highest point. Sculptured components such as the “wing” and the “finger” shape the extravagant appearance that impressively characterises St. Marx and effectively represent the companies T-Mobile and T-Systems Austria. More than 2000 employees have shops, restaurants and a kindergarten at their disposal.
