Description

Regensdorf-Watt is an industrial town that emerged from the merger of the villages of the same name, Regensdorf and Watt. This is where the commercial building stands, which was completed in 2023 and serves as a noise barrier along the railroad tracks for the residential area behind it. A simple grid with corporeal columns offers space for one to eight tenants per floor. The elongated volume is accentuated by the ribbon windows with curved parapet bands made of aluminium profiles and is given a filigree element by balconies for work breaks at the respective ends.
