Description
A concentric concrete wall structure defines a series of thresholds and the display of different functions. This results in floor plans that connect a series of rooms without a corridor. Some of these are inner rooms, and others are on the outside, with no hierarchical relationship between the two. Double-height living rooms are linked to double-height outside rooms. The latter are also linked to single-height outside rooms located above the kitchens and giving onto the upper-level bedrooms. Thus, the apartments are surrounded by an outside layer of spaces that confers on them a true interiority.
